Job Description

• Design and create a wide range of wig hairstyles, including cuts, layers, curls, and advanced styling techniques.
• Perform precision cutting (e.g., pixie, bob, layered styles) and custom coloring to achieve desired tones and finishes.
• Collaborate with the creative and production teams to develop new wig looks for campaigns, collections, and clients.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and styling innovations in the wig and beauty industry.
• Ensure each finished wig meets the brand’s quality standards for texture, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area to ensure timely delivery of styled wigs.
• Provide input on product improvements and styling processes for new collections.
• Contribute creative ideas for photo shoots, tutorials, and product marketing visuals.
