Own TSL and Regirl's visual storytelling — turning products, ideas, technical concepts, and brand moments into compelling content that people want to watch, understand, and share.
You will take content from concept to execution, developing ideas, planning shoots, filming, directing, editing, and delivering high-quality content across social media, advertising, website, email, and other brand touchpoints.
A hands-on creative producer who has experience taking content from idea to finished product. You understand what makes content work on social platforms and have a strong eye for visual storytelling, composition, pacing, and aesthetics.
You can develop a concept, write a script, plan a shoot, get behind the camera, direct when needed, and edit the final piece yourself. You understand how to make products desirable, explain complex ideas simply, and create content that feels native to the platform it lives on.
Most importantly, you are proactive. You don't wait for a brief to tell you what to create. You identify opportunities, develop ideas, experiment, and take ownership of getting the work made.
You'll work closely with the CEO, Brand, and Marketing teams to create content that builds the brand and drives business outcomes.
You'll take a broad objective — for example, "we need people to understand why ReXI™ is different" — and turn it into a creative concept, shoot, edit, and finished piece of content.
This is a high-ownership role. You will be expected to contribute ideas, manage production, and deliver quality work with minimal supervision.
This role is not for you if you're looking to simply receive briefs, film content, and hand it off. It is for you if you enjoy thinking, creating, shooting, editing, and figuring things out.
