🚀 Position Overview
The ideal candidate has experience in either social media management, Influencer engagement, or public relations but we are very keen in finding someone who is enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to grow on the job.
To be successful, you will need to approach tasks proactively, anticipate needs, and demonstrate creativity and problem-solving skills. This role involves close collaboration with the Brand and Marketing team to execute key initiatives across influencer collaborations, events, and public relations. Willingness to attend events, travel when needed, and fully immerse yourself in the brand’s mission is essential.
🧠Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing and executing TSL’s influencer partnerships, product seeding strategy, and community engagement efforts.
- Identifying and collaborating with influencers aligned with TSL’s brands, curating tailored gifting packages, and tracking campaign performance.
- Planning and executing brand events such as product launches, community and influencer meetups, and press days.
- Researching and identifying media opportunities to spotlight TSL’s brand.
- Coordinating press kit creation, product seeding, and outreach to editors and journalists.
- Maintaining a gifting calendar and tracking all shipments to influencers and media contacts.
- Managing budgets for gifting, events, and PR activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Staying informed about industry trends, influencer strategies, and media shifts to enhance TSL’s PR efforts.
- Identifying seasonal and cultural moments that align with gifting and media campaigns.
💼 Preferred Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. Equivalent experience may substitute.
- 1-2 years of experience in Social media marketing, Influencer marketing, event coordination, or public relations.
